Westeinde Business Builders B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

Personal data processed by us

Westeinde Business Builders B.V. processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or you have provided these to us yourself. Below, we list the types of personal data we process:

First name, surname, gender, address details, phone number, email address, data relating to your navigation on our website, bank account number.

In principle, your personal data will only be used by Westeinde Business Builders B.V. We do not provide your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so on the basis of the law or a court ruling, or if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement between you and Westeinde Business Builders B.V.

Retention period for personal data

Westeinde Business Builders B.V. will keep your personal data on file for no longer than is strictly necessary to realise the objectives for which your data are collected.

Cookies, or similar techniques, used by us

Westeinde Business Builders B.V. only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies in as far as they don’t infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file, which is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit our website. The cookies we use are required for the correct functional operation of the website, as well as for your ease of use. They ensure that the website functions properly and, for example, register your preferred settings. They also allow us to optimise our website. You can prevent cookies from being stored by configuring your internet browser in such a way that it does not save cookies. In addition, you can also delete all previously stored information via the settings in your browser.

Viewing, modifying or deleting your personal data

You have the legal right to view or correct your personal data, or have it removed altogether. In addition, you have the right to withdraw the consent you may have given for the processing of your personal data, or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company; you also have the right to request that the personal data we have on file is transferred to you. You can do this by sending us a request to provide you, or a third party designated by you, with a digital file containing all your personal data we have on file. If you want to exercise this right to object and/or right to obtain your personal data, of if you have any other questions/comments regarding processing of personal data, then you can send an email, stating clearly what you require, to businessbuilders@westeinde.eu.

To be certain that the request was indeed sent by you, we ask you to attach a copy of your proof of identity to your request. When doing so, please black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, i.e. the strip containing numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and social service number. This assures the protection of your privacy. Westeinde Business Builders B.V. will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in all cases within a period of four weeks.
